The game takes place on a cruise ship that has a number of wild and crazy waterslides. Players can speed through the tubes with an inflatable ring or water scooter and jump impressively before falling into the water. At the beginning of each level, you can choose between a swimmer and a floating object, such as a swim ring or water toy. There are 20 raft slides on the cruise ship, with lots of gravity-defying loops and pools. You can even go through cabins and upper-deck bars while you're on them. Flip while you jump to increase your score and get all three stars by finishing each race quickly.

A number of items can be unlocked in the game's store, as well as avatars and original buoys, each faster than the last. Each buoy can be modified in order to increase its efficiency. The Uphill Rush 11 experience is sure to thrill!
