Hollow Knight: Descend Into The Ruins Of Hallownest
Hollow Knight is a challenging 2D adventure game that requires reflexes, skill, and patience. Players move through underground mazes, overcome sophisticated traps, and fight powerful enemies with the signature “Nail” sword.
The game has a Metroidvania style, allowing you to return to old areas to open new paths when you have learned other skills. The character evolution system is very diverse, from dashing to using Souls to heal or cast powerful spells.
The Story Behind
Deep below the faded town of Dirtmouth lies the kingdom of Hallownest, a place once glorious, now only darkness and mystery. As The Knight, players will embark on a journey to explore ancient ruins, where countless stories, souls, and dangers hide. On that journey, you will have to face hundreds of creatures corrupted by “The Infection”, fighting in dark caves.
Explore, Upgrade and Survive
Players can freely explore the huge open world with more than ten unique areas such as Greenpath, City of Tears, Crystal Peak, or the haunting Deepnest in Hollow Knight. Besides fighting, upgrading skills and equipment plays a core role. In which, Charms to change fighting style, Spell to attack from a distance or restore souls and collect Geo to help you buy maps, items and upgrade Nails.
