Merge Infinity: Endless Number Linking
Merge Infinity is a logic puzzle game inspired by 2048, but replaces the traditional sliding mechanism with a free-form number linking system. Identical number tiles can be linked in eight directions, including diagonally. When a chain is completed, the entire tile is merged into a higher value, and new tiles fall down, constantly restructuring the board.
The length of the connecting chain is what makes it appealing. The longer the chain, the more value it adds and the higher the score. But as the number tiles get bigger, they take up more space, which makes it harder to find a path that connects. A wrong choice can completely block all other paths.
Why The Board Gets Harder
- Empty space decreases after each merge
- High-value tiles hinder the connection path
- New layouts fall randomly
- Long chains easily disrupt the board structure
How To Play
To connect at least two tiles of the same value, players tap and drag. Chains can grow when new tiles match the value that was just raised. After a merge, new tiles appear from top to bottom.
